Spice Girls

Spice: 60

This is an evil album. Single after single of pain, pure poppy pain that has been engraved in every soul's brain. God have mercy on us, and let the Spice Girls fall off a cliff or something like that. This is the paramount of poppiness. It can't get any bigger than this. I must admit that I didn't mind hearing them one or two times, but one hundred times?!@#%$@#% That's a bit too much for me to handle. I've figured out their marketing plan, because that's all it really is, marketing. First they flash their body parts all over through wearing skin tight, and slutty clothes. Then they make sure everyone takes pictures of them doing this so they can market their bodies to the fullest potential. After this, they take over MTV, make a movie, and take over the music industry. It amazes me that this much power can be exploited by creating one c.d. Just one c.d. that has a few singles and a lot of filler. Their pop is sickening and I just wish they would quit where they are because they have exploited the market of people who don't normally listen to music or buy records. I think that anyone with any musical taste should totally boycott anything to do with the Spice Girls.

Spice World: 61

I think that this album is a bit better, but not much. They move more into the easy listening category with only the occasional annoying single. I think the best way to describe them is through their song "Generation Next" frequently on the t.v. in the Pepsi commerical. This just pisses me off because even when I'm watching t.v. I need to put up with them. It's all about money, and commercialism, and I can't stand it. I can't believe that they have come out with another tourcher session so soon. It's so unfair!!!
