There are lots of tracks, but you need to know your way around it to fully appreciate the hidden gems. There are some classics and some duds, but it's an overall effective and satisfying c.d. There are some great melodies and rocking tunes. This c.d. should be bought after Sublime: Sublime.

Sublime: 78

I finally got the disc that everyone else already has. Sublime is best described as reggae turned main stream. This disc has enough poppy tunes for it to be commercially successful. The subject matter of it isn't exactly light, as he mocks dancing on the streets with riots, talks about his cheating girlfriend, and basically the waste of his life. It's so interesting that music can come from the lowlifes, who would never had made the difference, and now effect millions of people. Music seems like the only way out for some people, and I love it when some loser of society comes up and blows away everyone's expectations. Sublime is intriguing, because his musical tastes range from punk to reggae, which becomes meshed into one genre called Sublime. Fascinating is the simplest way of putting it, as everyone should give this disc a listen. For a while it depressed me, but now it follows my friends around, and weaves into life.
