U2 has already proven themselves when they released this disc, and it's a solid albumn, but it wouldn't carry an artist that's starting off. It's coninuing their previous sucess, and I like it. There are two classic U2 singles that I love, and the other songs blend into one, but are good. I think they could have explored and expanded their musical domain, but this albumn is wat people wanted out of them. That's what they got, but I would start with Joshua Tree and then listen to this to fully appreciate it.
